Refunds 

Once you have arrived at Palacio Tropical, we cannot offer any
rental refunds for any reason, including inclement weather or
personal illness. However, in the event of an emergency, rest
assured that your Palacio Staff will do everything in their power to
resolve the situation as quickly and as smoothly as possible.
