Damages

Guests of Palacio Tropical understand and agree that they are responsible for keeping the home and property in good condition during their stay  and that any damages sustained by the home or property as determined by Palacio Tropical Management within 48 hours of departure will be the responsibility of the current guest, and will be billed to their credit card.
