Cancellation 

Once they have been made, weekly Palacio Tropical reservations
cannot be cancelled. However, we will do our very best to fill your
reserved time slot, and if we are successful, 75% of your deposit
will be refunded. The remaining 25% will be retained by us  and may
be applied toward the deposit of a new weekly reservation at a time
that works better for you.
