  • Horseback Riding

    Take a brisk morning ride along the beach, or a long, leisurely scenic trot to one of the nearby local villages for lunch.  A Palacio Staff member will be happy to call ahead and reserve your ride.

  • Butterfly Trails & Monkey Lookouts

    The area boasts some of the most beautiful hiking trails in Costa Rica.  Grab your camera, rub on some sunscreen, and let your hiking boots do the walking! Along the way, keep your eye out for the colorful butterflies that flitter in and out of the flowers  and listen for the chatter of the local monkeys!

  • Beach Photography

    Arrange to have your portrait taken by a professional Costa Rican
    photographer. Mark Cunningham can photograph your party in a
    multitude of tropical settings. You can schedule a photo shoot with

    Treat yourself to a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner at a local
    restaurant.  We will be happy to call ahead for reservations or
    recommend a local dining spot.

    The beaches are simply breathtaking.  Swim, surf, sail, ride
    horseback, jog, or  take a long, leisurely morning stroll
    along the sandy strand.
